By using VillageRust, signing in or buying VIP you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.
- Play fair and follow the server rules.
- VIP is cosmetic and quality-of-life only and starts immediately after payment.
- Breaking the rules can lead to a ban without a refund.
- VillageRust is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve.
01The service
VillageRust operates community Rust game servers, this website and a Discord bot, run by MB „Trivado”. Servers are wiped on a schedule and may be restarted or updated at any time.
02Accounts
- You sign in with Steam or Discord. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure.
- One person, one account. Sharing, selling or using alt accounts to avoid sanctions is not allowed.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the server rules.
03VIP purchases
- Prices are shown in your currency and include VAT. The amount on the payment page is final.
- VIP is a digital service for a fixed period on the servers you choose. It does not renew automatically.
- VIP starts immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to this and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once VIP is activated.
- If VIP could not be delivered because of a fault on our side, we will fix it or refund you.
- Chargebacks or refunds remove the VIP immediately.
04Conduct and sanctions
You must follow the server rules published in the documentation. Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban players. VIP time is not refunded for players banned for breaking the rules. Bans can be appealed through a support ticket.
05Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee the servers are always available. Wipes, updates from Facepunch, maintenance and outages of third parties can interrupt the service. Short interruptions do not extend VIP time.
06Intellectual property
Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. VillageRust is an independent community and is not endorsed by them. Community skins belong to their Workshop authors.
07Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU and Lithuanian law.
08Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes are announced on Discord. Lithuanian law applies. Disputes can also be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the EU ODR platform.
